Halloween didnt go the way it was supposed to
My 8 year old sister loves Halloween but most children like to trick or treat right? Well unfortunately I was supposed to take my sister to trick or treat and have a great time while our parents were passing out candy. Well me and my sister went trick or treating but Brecklyn didn't want to trick or treat, we walked passed 4 house during our time together then she got scared because of all the crazy outfits, and she was being a princess and she was only like 4 or 3 at the time. So long story short she got scared and wanted to turn around, even though I explained to her that, they were people just dressing up she still was scared. So we turned around and went home so she could pass out candy instead, my sister is really nosey and likes to do what the adults do during Halloween, and she didn't want to miss anything going on at the house. There wasn't anything going on, just my parents and grandparents passing out candy. My sister is something else.

Character Changing
If it was by Rose she is the youngest so she would be kind of like a follower, and would follow her sister around. and it would be less "I" and more "we" in the story. The dad isn't really around much and eventually becomes an attempted murderer. So if it was told in his eyes then it would be shortened and less explained.

Arguement
Me and my friend Spencer argued about why the red hot chili peppers suck. and I didn't want argue it was just my opinion, so I was like bro chill. I said that I didn't like them and he started getting all worked up and this was like 2 weeks ago, so I was like dude its ok I'm glad you like them but I don't. I don't listen to that kind of music that just isn't something I take a liking to. Like I had no motivation to argue about it. That kind of music just doesn't sound good to me. and I don't think he really understood that I didn't care, and then he starting saying ok KeNen you win, and I said Spencer this has nothing to do with winning. I'm just saying that I don't like them but you can, you can listen to them but I'm not going to at least not in my car.
Listening
We are at basketball practice, and I had been getting suspended from games for fighting, and other miscellaneous activities. I had just been given permission to play again, so I'm gearing up for our next game in 3 days, and me and a buddy on the team were messing around during the team scrimmage but I wasn't playing at the time, and well to make the story shorter, because I had been getting in so much trouble lately and my coach caught me laughing on the sideline, and he said have you ever heard of listening. I looked at him and didn't think anything of it, like yeah no shit I know what listening is. I looked at him and I said don't act like I'm stupid, he said I'm not, I'm your coach I'm supposed to teach you a lesson for making a retarded decision, if you want me to act like your stupid then I can. So unfortunately I had to run for 2 and a half hours straight. So ill tell you what an 8 in 30 is. It's when you have to run short ways on the court 8 times in 30 seconds, a lot of people don't think it's that bad but go try and run 5-10 of them, and then 5 suicides, and we always had what was called lane slides that really worked out your thighs and those aren't exactly a cake walk, I had to do those until I dropped. So long story short my coach didn't like when I didn't listen.

BALL IS LIFE
Basketball is a very, big part of my life.
Basketball has helped me,
Basketball has ruined me,
Basketball can get you in shape,
Basketball was taught to me by my father,
Basketball has inspired me since day one, to me its the greatest sport out there. Never have I ever thought of a sport like this to be my favorite but to me it should be an everyday exercise. Basketball has been everything since I was about 5 years old, my dad took me to parks and then on one day the dream to become an NCAA star started. My father wasn't the coolest guy but he worked me to be the best I could be. He made me run a lot, he made me shoot a lot, I developed a form that even a lot of college players were jealous about. but then my junior year came around and that was supposed to be the best year, but a fight between me and my friends against 4 seniors in our school I lost everything that was me. I got suspended from school and lost all my chances of playing my junior year, especially since I had to get surgery on my nose a week or two after my suspension. It wasn't so heart-wrenching not being able to play the sport that you love and that you play just because it is the sport itself that makes you happy, not the thought of the money that you get when you go to the NBA, which is like a 1% chance. I will never give up on my dreams of being a NCAA star. My dad once told me that the only thing I have to remember is BALL IS LIFE.
